For the best results, chose a clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face is fully visible and in focus. Photos taken at eye level ussually work best. Try to avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered photos. If you’re unsure which photo to use, you can upload up to 3 photos and we’ll chose the one that works best for your design.

Yes! you can include more than one pet in your design. Please upload clear photos of each pet you’d like included. Personalized orders typically take 5-7 business days to create before shipping. Because each item is made especially for you, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Rescue organizations are subject to verification to ensure tehy are reputable nonprofit animal rescue.

Because our personalized items are made especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom products unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error with your order.
